COVID-19 Safety Protocols for HPN21

We can’t wait to welcome you to HPN21 and the Hard Rock Los Cabos!! We want you to know HPN Global takes attendee safety seriously. Please note the following protocols for HPN21:

All Attendees will be required to submit either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test (test to be taken up to 72 hours prior to the conference) in order to register on-site and attend.

Details will be shared closer to the conference dates on how to submit this information.

All attendees will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test at the airport to board their plane back to the United States (regardless of vaccination status). Testing is done on-site at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, is very quick and easy, and included in your stay (2 antigen tests included per room). If you are attending the full conference dates and departing October 6th, you will be scheduled for a COVID-19 test on Sunday, October 3rd. If you are departing earlier or later, you will schedule your COVID-19 test directly with the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos. The full process will be communicated prior to the conference.

If an attendee fails to upload vaccine proof or proof of a negative COVID test, you will need to make arrangements to be tested onsite at your expense and will not be able to register or attend without proof of that negative test.

If an attendee tests positive for COVID at the Hard Rock Los Cabos, staff will activate the insurance that is included in your stay (the insurance covers your food and accommodations during your quarantine – alcohol is not covered). You will be required to quarantine in your guestroom for up to 14 days or until you can show proof of a negative COVID test to board your plane. This testing is available to you at $250 per test which provides the certification from the hospital that you will need to show your airline. In this case, you will not be able to attend the conference.

Attendees will complete a health screening questionnaire as part of the registration process.

Attendees will display a sticker on your badge that indicates your comfort level with close interaction.

Red: Please keep your distance

Yellow: Elbow bumps are preferred

Green: Handshakes, High Fives, Hugs

Hard Rock Los Cabos requires guests to wear masks in all indoor and outdoor public areas at the hotel.

Hard Rock staff are required to wear masks at all times both indoors and outdoors.

HPN Global has hired Emergency Concierge International (ECI) to assist attendees with any medical or safety concerns during the conference dates.

Hard Rock Los Cabos has a medical doctor available 24/7 for an additional fee.

Most F&B functions will be held outdoors (unless in the case of inclement weather).
